What does the process look like?
After clicking the “Book Now” button, you’ll be redirected to our client portal via Practice Better, where you will create an account. Then you’ll fill out a brief form and pay for your session.
Once you’ve locked in your session you’ll receive your comprehensive intake forms. Take your time filling these out and be as detailed as possible. Once you complete these forms you’ll be invited to book your session via Zoom!
Leah will come prepared with a baseline protocol she created using your intake forms, so your session can be used to dive deeper, answer any questions you have, and really finalize your plan of action.
You’ll receive your full gut healing plan which will cover everything from nutrition and lifestyle, to healing modalities, eradication supplements and a special discount for the Grounded Wellness dispensary.
