It might seem like I have it all figured out on social media — but hello, highlight reel. I’ve had to “pave my own way” when it came to holistic health and living a healthier life for myself and my family. I wanted to set a good example and lead the way to healthy habits for my daughter.

I grew up being hospitalized multiple times from severe constipation as a result of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and had crippling anxiety and it only got worse as I got older. My symptoms began to stack as  I developed an extremely weak immune system and severe cystic acne as I got into my teen years. My skin ruined my confidence and controlled so many parts of my life, and it stayed this way for nearly 10 years. Doctors, dermatologists, endocrinologists, blood work and medications. Nothing seemed to help. I felt lonely and had nobody who was there to support me and give me real answers. 

After spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on skin products that promised to clear my acne, doctor visits, restrictive diets and over exercising to “sweat” out my impurities..I realized I was so lost. I was so disconnected from myself as I had been spending years only focusing on my symptoms


Eventually I found a way to come back to my roots and get grounded with my health. I learned how to treat myself better, and how to listen to my own needs instead of all the noise from everyone else. I was finally able to heal my gut and hormones (no more painful bowel movements + goodbye PMS), giving me clear skin and tons of energy - all while finding a way of eating and living that I thoroughly enjoy. One that gives me a zest for life I never had before. One that is sustainable, reduces inflammation + prioritizes balance in a way that has me finally feeling mentally + physically confident in my life.

How long do I have access to the course?

You get lifetime access! You have unlimited access to the course modules, handouts, and Glowing Gut community.

How long will it take to start seeing results?

Everyone is so unique in terms of their health. Many factors are at play such as how long you have been suffering from symptoms, how severe they are, how consistent you are with the course program, and your biological makeup. Typically students feel results within the first week or two after implementing the crucial foundational aspects that are covered in those modules.

How long will it take me to get through the course? 

The course is 8 weeks long. 1 module per week! If you are consistent with the course and follow the timeline, you will complete it in 8 weeks. But, you have lifetime access.

How do I know if the VIP option is for me?

The VIP option includes the self-paced course + Glowing Gut Community, along with a GI map + MRT food allergy testing. This is all accompanied by a 75-minute coaching session with me to go over your labs in-depth and create an even more customized protocol to enhance your healing and take things one step further. If you’ve been suffering from chronic gut issues and symptoms and really want tangible evidence of what is happening inside of your gut - functional testing with an added customized approach might be for you. Will I benefit from the course if I don’t have gut problems?

100%. Gut imbalances and infections don’t always show up as GI problems. Sometimes they show up in other symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, acne, hormonal imbalances, etc.  It’s actually interesting, many of my past clients who had really no GI symptoms, came up with quite a bit showing up on their lab work. This doesn’t mean you have something serious going on, but your gut health could always use some TLC. Aside from that, everything I teach in my course is applicable to your life to help you understand your body on a deeper level, increase your self-awareness while practicing mindfulness, eat in a way that promotes balance in your life and helps you thrive, and many other tools to help you become your most confident, happy self.

One thing I wholeheartedly believe in is that it is so important to invest in yourself. Anytime I have ever done so, it has added way more value to my life than any dollar could ever buy. How much time/effort will go into completing the course and implementing everything I learn? 

As much time as you are willing to carve out for YOU and your health. Sure you can get through each module in about 30 minutes, but the truth is you will have to invest more time than that to actually start implementing changes in your life. The amount of time it takes to make those changes will depend on your current symptoms, lifestyle, available timeframes, how you learn, and mindset. No matter what the case is, you have your Glowing Gut community to lean on for support and I also show up to check in on you! 

Will I lose weight if I follow the program?

The solution for this program is to help you reduce inflammation and optimize your digestion, so you can eliminate symptoms that are reducing your quality of life. Some people experience weight loss as a result of this. I’m here to teach you exactly what your unique body needs to promote optimal health and nourish your body to support you at your healthiest weight. 


Will I learn how to count calories or macros in this course?

No. This course does not provide calorie counting or macro guidance, as I do not believe these are successful or long-term ways to reach your goals and relieve you of your symptoms. They also do not teach you how to eat for what your body needs, which can fluctuate depending on a number of factors like the season of life, menstrual cycle, activity level, blood sugar imbalances, and more.

No. This course does not provide meal plans or any diets, as I do not believe these are successful or long-term ways to reach your goals and relieve you of your symptoms.
